Complete confusion at check-in!!! Unhelpful staff at the adjacent gas station!!! No hot water or working TV!!! Parking setup forces difficult backing maneuvers!!! Flimsy door locks compromise security!!!

Room had a strong burnt odor. Dirty chair made it uncomfortable to even unpack luggage. The AC unit didn’t function, and the window was infested with flies. Bathroom lights were unresponsive, adding to overall inconvenience. A flimsy door lock and odd parking setup made me feel uneasy about security.
